Our dedicated team of educators, staff, and administrators is passionate about fostering the love of learning, preparing our students for a successful future and helping them develop as good people.
Public education has been my passion for over 27 years and I still get excited each and every year to see kids and families filling the building.
I believe in the power of collaboration between home and school, and your active involvement in your child's education is essential. Together, we can create a positive and enriching educational experience for every student.

Our Story
Our culture prioritizes students feeling safe, valued and loved, and we are excited to start this new chapter of Deer Creek History together.
Sixth grade students in Deer Creek have attended Deer Creek Intermediate since 2012. However, DCIS was a sixth-grade center only until August 2025, when fourth grade was restructured back to the elementary schools in our district.
The previous Deer Creek 4th & 5th Grade Center is now the Deer Creek Intermediate School, and serves all of Deer Creek's fifth and sixth graders.
